Oscars 2025 Complete Winners List: Anora and Mikey Madison Win the Night

The rollercoaster ride to Oscar gold ends tonight as the 97th Academy Awards bring an eventful season to a close. From shocking upsets to PR disasters, this year’s race has kept audiences—and even industry insiders—on edge, with frontrunners rising and falling faster than ever.

Take Emilia Pérez, which led with 13 nominations but lost momentum after controversy surrounding star Karla Sofía Gascón. Enter Anora, which dominated the PGA and DGA awards—until Conclave threw a wrench into the Best Picture predictions.

The acting races have been just as unpredictable. Demi Moore seemed unstoppable for The Substance, but late buzz suggests Mikey Madison could pull off a surprise win. Meanwhile, Adrien Brody’s streak hit a roadblock when Timothée Chalamet snagged the SAG Award, making Best Actor anyone’s game.

With Conan O’Brien making his Oscars hosting debut, the ceremony promises plenty of laughs, surprises, and, of course, unskippable musical numbers. The show kicks off at 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT on ABC and is also streaming on Hulu.

Below, we’ll be updating the complete list of winners live throughout the night—stay tuned!
