New Volumes of Fire Force and Kanojo Okarishimasu manga have sold 73,420 and 66,319 copies respectively debuting in Oricon Top 10. See the full list for Weekly Shonen Magazine titles below.
Kodansha has released a slew of new volumes for their popular titles from Weekly Shonen Magazine such as Fire Force, Tonikaku Kawai, and Kanojo Okarishimasu manga alongside many more this past week.
And together with Tokyo Revengers, they have been absolutely dominating a major chunk of the Oricon Charts.
The biggest entry among all the Kodansha new releases for the past week was Fire Force Volume 29, which sold 73,420 copies in its debut week and ranked 7th in Weekly Oricon Charts.
Fire Force was followed by Kanojo, Okarishimasu (Rent-a-Girlfriend) Volume 21 which managed to rank 9th in Oricon Charts selling 66,319 copies.
Other notable series entries from Weekly Shonen Magazine include The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse, which ranked 11th and sold 51,142 copies with its Second Volume alongside Hajime no Ippo Volume 131, which sold 43,765 copies placing 14th in the list.

Romance Manga, Tonikaku Kawai Volume 16 sold 38,636 copies while Shangri-La Frontier Volume 4 sold 38,450 copies ranking 16th and 17th respectively.
Kanojo mo Kanojo (Girlfriend, Girlfriend) also had an impressive start selling 33,377 copies and ranking 18th on the list. With the manga’s anime adaptation coming out this Summer, Kanojo mo Kanojo is sure to get a huge boost in sales soon.
And Volume 2 of Sentai Daishikkaku also managed to rank in the Top 25 of Oricon Charts selling 29,557 copies.
Tokyo Revengers also continues to have an impressive run as its backlogs took eight spots in the Top 30 of Oricon.
Another notable entry from Kodansha comes with The Heroic Legend of Arslan by Hiromu Arakawa (Fullmetal Alchemist), which sold 39,207 copies in its second week, bringing its total to 149,254 copies. The manga is serialized in Bessatsu Shōnen Magazine and is based on the original novel of the same name written by Yoshiki Tanaka.
